You can cancel an order within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund, provided research on your ticker has not started. Email us at the address on your receipt with your order ID.
In practice, research usually starts shortly after payment. If you cancel the same day you ordered, a refund is almost always possible. If you cancel later, we will refund in full if work has not yet begun.
Some smaller SEC-registered issuers file too thinly to support a report at our depth standard. If your ticker falls into that category, we notify you within 24 hours of payment and refund in full if you want out. You can also choose to proceed with a report built from the available filings, acknowledging that depth will be reduced.
We cite sources throughout every report. If you identify a material factual error within 30 days of delivery, contact us with the specific finding and the source you believe contradicts it. We review the claim and, if correct, issue a revised report at no cost.
Material errors are objectively wrong statements of fact (incorrect numbers, misattributed quotes, wrong dates). Differences of interpretation or emphasis are not material errors.
In the rare case where a report is materially incomplete in a way that a correction round cannot repair, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. This is intended as a safety valve, not a routine option. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Once a report has been delivered, full refunds are not available except under Section 4. The report is a research deliverable; its value is in the information, and that information cannot be returned once read.
